POSITION SUMMARY
Serves as an administrator on the Servicing Team for Everence Asset Management (EAM) to include general account maintenance of investment and charitable products.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Responsible for entering transfer-in-kind investment data into data management systems.
- Responsible for updating investment cost basis for transfers in kind in data management systems.
- Responsible for calculating and entering step-up cost basis at the date of client death data into the data management system.
- Responsible for reconciling holdings between data management systems daily.
- Responsible for managing restrictions on investments in data management systems.
- Responsible for coordinating CD investments for clients including updating available bank rates periodically.
- Responsible for setup and management of account relationship households.
- Responsible for performing daily error resolution in data management systems.
- Responsible for performing servicing tasks for Trust, Estate, Investment, and Foundation accounts.
- Responsible for managing donor-advised fund check distributions.
- Responsible for reviewing charitable services reports for accuracy and distribution to markets.
- Responsible for performing weekly audit reports review.
- Responsible for maintaining quarterly compliance training employee list.
- Responsible for identifying efficiencies and improvements for new and existing services, including clearly documenting procedures.
- Responsible for comprehending current products and services offered to competently assist field staff.
- Work collaboratively with sales staff and in limited circumstances, work directly with clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to handle high-volume activity during peak business cycles.
- Be able to discern and set priorities daily.
- Responsible for cross-training team members to provide depth and continuity of support services.
- Participate in communications and training for field staff as requested.
- Reflect and carry out the Everence FAITH operating values.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
College degree in business/finance-related field preferred
Experience:
Some experience in data entry and a high comfort level in Microsoft Excel preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to manage time and prioritize individual workload extremely well
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven administrative and organizational skills
- Team oriented: must work very well with internal and external team members
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
- High comfort level in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn new software systems
